Donna Flight Welcome – Staff & Leaders – Donna Flight Director of Early Childhood MinistriesDonna joined the BCC staff in 2008 to work with the young children, nursery through Kindergarten. Donna has a Bachelor's degree, as well as two Master's degrees in Education and Psychology. She was involved in education in several schools during her time in Alabama. Donna's husband, Richard, is a professor at EIU. They have three children, Maegen, Sarah, and Jacob.
