Because Broadway Christian is an independant  New Testament church, we strive to pattern our leadership structure from God's Word. We  are led by a group of elders who have been entrusted by our local congregation with the responsibility of leading.  Our elders strive to be godly men, and have a great desire to see that BCC becomes all that God wants us to be.  Their primary responsibility is to oversee the vision and direction of the church, as well as shepherding our people.

Various ministries are led by the pastoral staff.  We strive to view positions of leadership being defined by Jesus as "servant-leadership."

Essentially, we strive to keep our structure as flexible as is needed to continue to fulfill the great commission Jesus gave in Matthew 28, to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
